Big Branch Capital aims to acquire a business in which we can work with the owner(s) to seamlessly transition them out of the day-to-day operations. Led by our Founder and Managing Partner, Jackie Kopcho, Big Branch Capital aims to take a hands-on senior management role in our acquired company.
Founded on a core set of values that drives our culture, we are passionate and disciplined about our investment process and in value-creation. The Big Branch Capital team consists of investment and operational professionals with considerable experience in finance, leveraged buy-outs, mergers and acquisitions, marketing, public relations, and corporate strategy and operations.

Jackie Kopcho is the Founder and Managing Partner of Big Branch Capital where she manages all day-to-day activities and investment decisions. Jackie has held leadership positions in a variety of companies; with over twelve years of experience in business strategy, operations, marketing, and finance. Jackie's professional background working in Consumer Products, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Technology industries provides a diverse perspective to Big Branch Capital.
As an executive, Jackie is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing firm-wide strategies. By identifying and executing operational and top-line improvements, conducting operational, financial and strategic due diligence, and establishing strategic industry partnerships by leveraging her professional network, she has brought measurable value to all of her roles. Her leadership skills and high-impact results have earned her recognition with industry associations and national publications.
